Our chickpea dip (hummus) is created specifically for people on a dysphagia diet. It has all the flavors you recognize in hummus - sesame, lemon, and garlic. But we fine tuned the texture, added plant based protein, fiber, and increased the calorie density to help maintain weight when on a dysphagia diet.

Our bean dips are made in a traditional way with real olive oil, and chickpeas but with added care to ensure a puree consistency and a process to allow it to be shelf stable.
